Enough Natural Sheep Casing to yield approximately 30-40 pounds of sausage. Casings of 18/20mm diameter are ideal for making breakfast links, small snack sticks and pork sausage links. Natural Sheep Casings allow for your meat to be the focal point of your sausage, and provides the tender bite (pop) which all sausage makers strive for.
For your convenience our 100-yard Hanks are shirred on tubes for easy loading onto the filling horn and for tangle free use.
