Premium selected North American Hog Casing with a stuffing diameter of 38/42mm (1.5/1.7 inches). Ideal for smoked sausage and specialty items.
100-yard Hank is enough to yield approximately 110-120 pounds of Sausage. The Home Pack is enough to yield approximately 35-45 pounds of sausage.
For your convenience our 100-yard Hanks and our Home Packs are shirred on tubes for easy loading onto the filling horn and for tangle free use. All of our casings are also flushed clean (pre-flushed) during both the selection and tubing process. They only need to be soaked prior to use. Click here for casing instructions.
In addition, our Home Packs are the same great quality as our 100-yard hanks and unlike our competitors we do not use "shorts".
